Facilities: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV (guests use their own streaming accounts), fully equipped kitchen, secured building with 24/7 manned security, lift access, laundromat in the complex, mini market outside. Weekly maid service; extra visits on request for an additional charge. Street parking subject to availability and local restrictions, with regular City Patrol officers in the area; no reserved parking is claimed.

Host reports the apartment usually avoids scheduled load shedding; supply is not guaranteed. No inverter currently.

Walking distance to Parliament, Company’s Garden and the Western Cape High Court. City centre dining and business nearby. Table Mountain, Camps Bay and V&A Waterfront are outings by car/taxi. Constantia wine estates, the wider Winelands and Cape Point are longer excursions.
